It’s really hard to replicate a fattening dessert that has butter, milk, flour and sugar but Earth Café found the right combination that’s raw, vegan, dairy-free and super close to the real thing. Their cheesecakes are delicious. My favorite is raspberry. The carob is a bit too sweet and the crust too salty. I contact them to see if they can make the chocolate with less agave and cut back on the salt. I’ll also ask them to put the carob into pudding cups…yum. I don’t even like carob, but theirs tastes like real chocolate.
