Green Coffee Beans – does it promote weight loss?
I wanted to give you an update to let you know if I had any luck with weight reduction or fat loss after taking GoBean Green Coffee Weight Loss pills. I took one pill every morning and never missed a day. The energy I had from consuming the daily green pill was no longer noticeable after the fourth day of taking it. I finished the bottle containing 90 capsules, weighed and re-measured…no difference and no surprise.
I went back to the website, which has been updated since I purchased the product, and saw that the company recommends taking anywhere from two to six capsules a day. That information wasn’t posted previously. So maybe that’s why I didn’t see results; I didn’t take enough. Nevertheless, I don’t think I’ll buy any more green coffee pills. Instead I’m going to eat lower-fat poultry, cut way back on red meat, and am going to up my green veggies to a minimum of 2 ½ cups a day.
