Ani's Raw Food Desserts
When you have a sweet tooth, sugary treats are hard to resist. I try to avoid sugar and flour whenever possible but I love to have a slice of pie or a bite of chocolate every now and then. Chef Ani Phyo has 85 gluten free, sugar-free, dairy-free desserts in her raw, vegan cookbook “Ani’s Raw Food Desserts.” The recipes that I’ve made, and are really yummy from her book, are Raspberry Ganache Fudge Cake, Freezer Fudge, Nectarine-Raspberry Crumble, and Pecan Pie Cookies. Even though these are healthy, they’re high in calories so watch those portions!
