Work those triceps!
A challenging and effective triceps exercise can be performed on a Free Motion machine found at many gyms. Frequent mistake: chest is down too far. You don’t want your chest too close to your thighs. What you want to be is somewhat upright, keeping your elbows close to your body so you can see your elbows without looking down or from side-to-side.
