Are you too old to lift weights?

You’re never too old to lift weights. Case in point: Ernestine Shepherd is a 77 year old female bodybuilder who started exercising and lifting weights at 56. She has the toned arms of a 20-year old! Why does she look so youthful? Using weights tightens saggy muscles and skin. She not only lifts, but runs, teaches classes and trains others at her gym. Her story is truly inspirational.
