Bone loss is accelerated during prolonged inactivity and/or after menopause (1). Scary right? You bet! The good news is that you have the power to prevent bone and muscle deterioration and even reverse the process. Do some form of cardiovascular physical activity for 30-60 minutes every day. Exercise makes you feel great and young again!
