The 80/20 rule
Most of us have heard of the 80/20 rule. If you eat clean 80% of the time and eat and drink foods that aren’t so healthy 20% of the time, you’ll stay lean. If you cannot get those stubborn pounds off even though you’re following this rule, you’re not alone. When my fitness trainer Bobby Cox is asked by his clients who are prepping for a fitness competition when they can cheat, he tells them, “there’s NO cheating.”
