Is 30 minutes of exercise sufficient?
If your fitness club tells you that they can get you in tip-top shape with just their 30-minute private training sessions twice a week, find another personal trainer that will tell you the truth. You need at least four hours a week of strength training to change the shape of your body. You also should be cutting calories, adding cardio and practicing good nutrition to see results. Not only do we not need sugar, we don’t need sugar-coating either.
