Gluten-free, dairy-free, low-fat Apple Crisp
I love apple pie except for some of the unhealthy ingredients, specifically: flour, sugar and butter. When I saw this light version without any flour, oil or sugar (just 2 TBPS of maple syrup in the batch), I was thrilled. This low-calorie, flourless, vegan version is yummy, simple to make, has just oats, apples, cinnamon, walnuts, and a bit of maple syrup; that’s it! It’s now going to be my guilt-free 3:00pm snack.
