Effective Training: What’s required
To get results from exercise, you need to work out at least three times a week per certified personal trainer Adrian Van der Walt. He says that one day a week is a waste of time, especially because people think they’re doing something beneficial and then overeat. Two times a week of exercise, you’ll get some results, but if you want real results, you need to exercise at least three times a week. So, plan each week to exercise (boot camps, weight training, yoga, running…etc.) at least four times so that if you miss one day, you’ll still be on track.
