A sleep aid that actually works

Sleep Potion #9

This liquid shot of high quality amino acids in a special formulation to aid in a full night’s sleep actually works, at least the first time I took it, it worked. It’s called Sleep Potion No 9 (great name, right?) It’s supposed to be better than melatonin, which is banned in some countries because it’s a hormone. It also has the added benefit that it doesn’t make me groggy or dizzy like melatonin.

It comes in a 3-pack. You drink one small bottle each night for three nights about thirty minutes before you go to bed. The first time I tried it, I slept wonderfully, a deep continuous sleep for a change (yeah). It claims that you don’t need to take it every night; you may only need to take the three shots once a month, or once every other month. I slept great for only two weeks after consuming the first 3-pack, so I drank the three shots again, but my terrible sleep habits of waking up in the middle of the night and not being able to go back to sleep for a few hours resumed. Not everything works for everybody so just because it didn’t work for me doesn’t mean it won’t work for you. It comes in two flavors: raspberry and lemon. It tastes like a tart fizzy drink (at least it’s not a pill to choke down).
