In a study submitted to Complementary Therapies in Clinical Practice, overweight and obese women lost 3 pounds in 3 months just by eating low-fat yogurt along with 1 teaspoon of cumin. The combination of the yogurt and the spice is supposedly what triggers the weight loss. If you’re considered to be normal weight, this plan may not work for you, but you can certainly give it a try.
