Tell the truth…we know why you’re fat
I’ve had so many overweight people tell me they eat healthy that it’s now a trend, but just because you eat chia seeds, flax seeds and drink fruit smoothies, that doesn’t mean you eat healthy. If your vegetables are coated in a batter and fried, you should have not eaten it at all because now it’s just a calorie-logged grease stick. Do you really expect me to believe that you only eat healthy foods AND you exercise, yet you’re over 50 pounds overweight?
Adding nutritious items to your meals is great, but you’re not fooling anyone; it’s practically impossible to be overweight if you exclusively eat low-fat, gluten-free, sugar and dairy-free meals from scratch.
