What’s harder: exercise or diet?
People are more likely to exercise and less inclined to change their diet to lose weight, yet the most effective way to decrease body fat is to modify what we are eating. Many people have an emotional connection to food and associate it with happy times, social events, and a way to escape life’s stressors.
We need to show people that healthy food can taste delicious, be easy to prepare, and that there are other fun things to do than eat and drink.
