why you can’t bulk enough
You take your aminos, creatine, glutamine, supplements, eat well, train hard, take at least one day of rest for recovery, and sleep 7-8 hours a night, but you can’t seem to get the size you want so you’re considering steroids to get the body you want, but before you do that (please NEVER do that), consider what you’re drinking.
“Alcohol consumption interferes with muscle recovery and regeneration after training…and…”even adequate protein after a workout could not overcome the negative impact of alcohol.” In addition, “Alcohol has been shown to increase the stress hormone cortisol, which can reduce the levels of growth hormone by as much as 72 percent” (1). Wow!
You’ve got to give up some things to get rewarded in other areas. Just make sure you’re never giving up your health, that’s something you may never get back.
