Still tempted to use steroids?

I think it’s nuts that men and women use steroids for muscle gains even though they are thoroughly aware of the dangerous side-effects, but maybe this tidbit will deter a few bodybuilders. The first steroids used were from dog and guinea pig testicle extract in 1889 (Pg. 495). Today’s steroids, although synthetic, will force women to shave their faces, and men to take drugs like Viagra to perform. So women start to look and sound like men, and men look sexy but can’t have sex unless they take a drug designed for senior citizens.

    • This is a quote from Men’s Health after men quit steroids. I think you may find it interesting. You can find the full article here: http://www.menshealth.com/fitness/signs-steroid-use “Many of them suffered from a condition doctors now recognize as anabolic steroid-induced hypogonadism, or ASIH. Symptoms include muscle and strength loss, fat gain, bone loss, poor sleep, sexual dysfunction, depression, irritability, and fatigue. Because the body has stopped producing sperm, former steroid users are often sterile for months after they quit, and often years.”

      • That is why cycling is only to be considered by experienced knowledgeable people who have carefully worked out a post cycle therapy that effectively prevents hypogonadism.
But thanks for a good post.
