Take it off to strengthen

no-slip socks

I walk around my house barefoot or in socks, not only to keep my house clean, but also to let my feet move freely. No matter the shoe, I’m more comfortable not wearing them. Shoes constrict the feet and weaken the arches and muscles. Wearing shoes all the time can also increase foot pain (1).

If you are worried about slipping on your floors at home, you can buy non-slip socks like the ones I’m wearing in the photo above.
