You’ll find trainers who are considered experts, who compete, and have figures and trophies to admire, but many of these “experts” have no training or certifications in nutrition. They charge for diet plans that are extremely restrictive and energy depleting. These diets have so little nutrients and variety, which is why supplements and vitamins are part of the plan. Protein intake is typically too high so your liver and kidneys are overtaxed. You may end up looking great, but you’ve put yourself in a destructive state that damages your metabolism and makes future weight-loss even more difficult. If a diet makes you feel bad, that diet IS bad!
