Need a Coffee Fix?
If you need your caffeine high before you can do anything, then something else is going on. Yes, coffee and cola are addicting, but if you feel awful without your java or soda, then you need to sleep more, and/or clean up your eating habits. Feeling bad is your body telling you that something needs to change.
If you need butter in your coffee, then I’m guessing you’re a lean athlete. You need to eat more calories, and good fats like avocados and nuts, not butter!
