Don’t wait to eat…here’s why
I try to eat at specific times eat day, but sometimes I get really hungry before lunch time. If I’m busy I push off eating and other times I fuel up. That’s all going to change because I just learned that if you’re hungry, you should eat right away because if you don’t, your metabolism slows down and breaks down your muscle for energy. To preserve that muscle and stay lean, eat when you’re hungry and don’t eat food if you’re not hungry. Take cues from your body, not your tongue!
