Vegan Soba Noodle Salad

With these hot summer days, I prefer dishes that are light so I made cooked soba noodles mixed with Siracha hot sauce and teriyaki sauce, and topped it with sesame seeds, roasted salted peanuts and watercress. We had frozen green grapes for dessert.
