Can this oil help you lose fat?
We now know that it’s not just extra calories that make us sick and fat, but what we’re eating is what’s causing health problems and weight gain. There are good fats (avocado, nuts, seeds), and bad fats (animal fat). Because olive oil has been adulterated, grapeseed oil might just be the new oil of choice. A new study found that people with “higher blood levels with linoleic acid” (grapeseed oil has 80% of this fat), had less body fat, less inflammation, and more muscle. While I’m skeptical about the studies findings, I’m giving this oil a try.
