Beer to the rescue!

grilled foods

BBQ is yummy so it’s hard to resist eating charred fat even though we know that cholesterol and toxins reside in animal fat. The blackened parts contain carcinogens, but it’s annoying to stop eating to remove the parts that hit the flames a bit too much, when you’re hungry.

You don’t have to give up BBQ or grilled foods. By marinating your food in beer, lowering the heat, and removing burned (which there will be less of with this addition), and fatty sections, you can make that delicious meal a lot healthier.
