Does your diet make you ugly?


If a food made you less attractive, would you eat it? In fact, we all eat foods with ingredients, like sugar, lard, chemicals, and pesticides that bloat our faces, ruin our skin, damages our hair, and expands our waistline. I can look at someone’s face, regardless if they are thin or fat, and know right away if they eat poorly.

When I removed sugar from my diet, the wrinkles around my eyes disappeared and I no longer needed moisturizer or foundation on my face. The next time you eat, ask yourself if the food you plan to consume will make you ugly or attractive.
