Awful news for weight loss
The more someone weighs, the more calories that person burns. So when people lose pounds, they have to eat less just to maintain that lower weight, which is why many people put the fat back on after losing it. What’s even worse is that after they regained weight, their metabolism didn’t adjust and was burning calories at the old lower weight which makes it that much harder to lose body fat the next time. This is not meant to discourage people from starting a weight-loss plan, but to stay on track.
