The Case for Coffee


I’ve had people say to me, “I drink coffee…I know…that’s bad.” Coffee is acidic, but if it doesn’t bother you and it makes you feel good, drink it. Coffee has been shown to lift depression; no wonder it perks people up. Just don’t add artificial sweeteners as those have negative neurological effects, such as causing depression.
