Why Diet Soda is bad

image1Lowering calories when you’re trying to lose weight is smart, but drinking a diet soda is not a wise choice. Zero calorie drinks make you crave sweets, erode tooth enamel, and increases risk of type 2 diabetes. Even though diet soda has zero calories, the synthetic sweeteners in these drinks may trick your body that you’re actually consuming calories as if you drank a regular soda. Fake sweeteners may be affect metabolism by slowing it down, so stay away from them!
