kicking-backMost of us can figure out why we feel lethargic. It’s from lack of sleep, overeating, consuming junk food, and/or not getting enough exercise. What may surprise you is that over-exercising and/or not eating enough will also lower energy levels. I’ve found that if I’m sleepy at 6:30pm, if I eat a small second dinner, I will perk back up; my body needed more nutrients.

Fitness fanatics, you don’t need supplements to compete your hectic routines, you need more food, and a 1-2 day break from cardio/weight-training every week. Sounds like a good excuse to watch TV to me!
