Are you overdosing on caffeine?
Too much of a good thing can be harmful, and caffeine at, or above 600 mg per day (four 5-Hour Energy shots, or four 12 oz. Starbucks Dark Roasts), “…can lead to coma, convulsions, heart attack, vomiting, and even death” (1). Make sure to spread your caffeine through the day, ending at 2pm so you don’t overdose all at once, and will be able to fall asleep at bedtime.
