I fall into the 30% of people that don’t lose body fat from exercising because my body adapts quickly (1). This is why some people swear that exercise keeps the weight off, while the rest of us struggle no matter how much we sweat (1). For us non-responders, we need to constantly mix up our workouts, (1) work harder than that previous session (1), and even change the amount of calories we eat every few days to give that metabolism a boost.
