Is it gluten, or all in your mind?

flourless peanut butter cookiesIf you’ve been able to eat gluten products in the past and felt fine, but those foods don’t resonate well with you now, is it psychosomatic? The problem could very-well be real. More people are having problems with gluten, not because people are more aware, but because people can lose tolerance to gluten as they get older. If something doesn’t make you feel good, stop eating it.
