After I was diagnosed as a type 1 diabetic, I had to avoid candy and sweets that caused my blood sugar to spike. I love sweets, so I came up with recipes, for myself, to manage my blood sugar, and decrease bodyfat. I share my favorite recipes in my dessert cookbook, Slimming Dairy free Desserts and Smoothies, along with fat loss tips.
