Total Body at-home exercise video
I posted this live 25-minute workout on Instagram, and saved it, so my clients and followers can enjoy exercising to this beginner/intermediate, bodyweight, video. No weights, or gym equipment needed. All you need is a chair, a soft surface, like a mat or carpet, and a glass of water.
