Full-body workout with light weights

My neighbor called me and asked me to train her two teenage girls because they wanted to exercise and lose weight. I asked her, “How are we going to do that, with the social distancing rules?” She replied, “We live across the street.” I had an epiphany, and said, “We’ll train in our driveways. Have the girls bring their yoga mats and weights.”

Here is the 25 minute, full-body workout with 3-5 lb weights, that I recorded so you can try it too.

Creative solutions come about when we can’t do things the way we used to. Now is a great time to innovate, and think outside the box to make the world a better and safer place.
