How to lower blood sugar to normal in 1 week without medication (lower blood sugars to 100 in 7 days)

If you are a Type-2 diabetic, you can lower your blood sugar to normal levels in one week without medication.
For a Type-1 diabetic, or a Type-1.5 diabetic, this diet program, a whole-food, low-fat, high carb diet, will result in better blood sugar control and less insulin.
Dr. Ronald Weiss had an obese male walk into his urgent care center complaining of excessive thirst, blurry vision, and frequent urination. Dr. Weiss ordered lab work for this man that was severely overweight, at over 300 pounds. He had high blood pressure and his blood sugar was at 760. A normal, healthy blood sugar in a fasted state is under 100. This patient shouldn’t be alive.
Dr. Weiss gave this patient an option, either take medication for the rest of his life, which won’t reverse his diabetes or other medical problems, or eat a low-fat, plant-based diet (immediately). The patient chose plants.
Dr. Weiss gave his patient three carbohydrate options to choose from. The patient chose sweet potatoes, steel-cut oats and brown rice. He could eat as many of these plant carbohydrates as he wanted, but he was also instructed to consume one pound of greens daily. He could also eat unlimited amounts of fruit.
Foods that lower blood sugar levels, when excess fat is removed from the diet

After 48 hours of starting this diet, his blood sugar dropped to the 200’s, which is a 160-point drop from the prior day.
After one week, this patient came back in to see Dr. Weiss for a follow-up visit, and his blood pressure was normal, and his blood sugar was at 100. His blood sugar levels went from 760 to 100 in just seven days, one week, without any medication, just the right foods.
This is just one example of many, that carbohydrates are not the cause of Type-2 diabetes. Dr. Weiss had his client eat mostly carbohydrates and no added fat, to remove the excess fat from his blood vessels and arteries that were clogging his cells and preventing glucose from entering his cells.
When there is too much fat in the diet, blood sugar cannot enter cells since fat is blocking it, which is why blood sugars stay in the blood stream, where they do not belong.
Animal flesh, like chicken, eggs, meat and dairy are removed from the diet because these are high fat foods, and saturated fat from animals and excess fat in the diet, kills the pancreatic islet cells that produce insulin.
Oils are a problem too as they fill up the narrowed blood vessels, reducing the flow of blood cells.
Foods that cause diabetes, blood sugars to rise, and stay elevated

It’s not just animal sources and oils, but consuming over 10% to 15% of one’s daily calories from fats, can turn a non-diabetic to a diabetic, therefore it’s important to also limit healthy fats like olives, nuts, seeds and avocados.
Healthy, high-fat foods diabetics should limit

After 24 hours of eating only the foods mentioned above, this patient’s blood sugar went from 760 to the 360’s. That’s a 300-point drop in just one day, without taking medication.
I also created a video on this topic, which you will also learn why I think the doctor should have had his patient eat beans instead of oats, and quinoa instead of rice. I also talk about the detrimental effects excess fats and animal products has had on my health and why I enjoy this new diet and lifestyle.
