5000 steps (3-mile walking workout)

In this 3-mile walking workout, you’ll log 5000 steps and learn which exercises burn the most calories and build the most strength, which is why I call this a “walk and talk workout.” I also share some funny, gross, and bizarre stories from when I worked as a personal fitness trainer at a gym.
