30-minute beginner low-impact ballet workout

written by Nina Shantel, RealDietHelp.com, published March 29, 2022

This is a 30-minute ballet workout for beginners. It’s an all-standing, low-impact workout, so there is no jumping.

This routine does involve quite a bit of balance so have a chair or a barre handy. You don’t need any prior ballet classes, as this is for beginners.

Have fun, enjoy, and if you are interested in losing weight or eating healthier and going plant-based, go to my website: thehighfivediet.com to order my diet book with recipes, which is also teaches you about nutrition.

You can get the e-book on Kindle or the paperback book mailed directly to you for $16.15.

The oil-free balsamic vinegar that I mentioned in the video is called Garden Dill Mustard Seed Vinaigrette and is available at California Balsamic. Here’s the direct link to that page: https://californiabalsamic.com/product-category/balsamic/page/2/

The app that I mentioned to figure out how many calories, fat grams and nutritional information is called Cronometer. Here’s the website (it’s a free app): https://cronometer.com/
