3-MINUTE CALF WORKOUT (rocking calf exercise)

In this calf workout, the calves get a nice stretch and muscle contraction for a full three minutes.

In this quick 3-minute calf workout, we start with a gentle warm-up with prances right before starting the wonderful stretch and strength you’ll get from the rocking calf exercise performed in this exercise video.

As always, go at your level, stop if you feel pain, and pace yourself. All exercise involves risk, but not exercising is dangerous.

How to perform prances

There are just three exercises in this calf workout:

  1. Prances (alternating between lifting and lowering the heels) for 20 seconds
  2. Rocking calf raises for 3-minutes
  3. End with calf stretches
