Which carbs to avoid to lose weight?
When most people want to lose weight, they initially cut out bread, pasta, cookies, soda, chips and other snack foods, but to accelerate the processes, also limit rice (the portions in restaurants are too big), and potatoes. Not all carbohydrates are bad, but they all can impact weight if too much is consumed. Try healthier carbs to stem hunger like zucchini, sweet potatoes, quinoa, fruit and oats and remember to have protein with each meal.

I am in love with the cauliflower rice! I never use traditional rice anymore and now ou can get the cauliflower rice at Trader Joe’s!
