Eat these to lose fat

If you knew which foods reduced belly fat and prevented overeating, would you eat them? In Prevention magazine’s article titled “New Foods to Fight Fat” listed in the May 2013 issue, a UK study on mice who were fed high-fat diets along with beta-glucan or inulin didn’t gain as much weight. Beta-glucan or inulin is found in agave, asparagus, bananas, barley, chicory and dandelion root, garlic, Jerusalem artichokes, leeks, mushrooms, oats, and onions. I sweeten some of my dishes with agave. I put frozen bananas in my pre and post-workout fruit smoothies, which make them thick like a shake. I told you monkey food doesn’t make you fat! Fitness competitors eat a lot of asparagus in their pre-competition diet plans. Jillian Michaels is also a big proponent of consuming oats for weight loss. Put some or all of these on your next shopping list; variety is the spice of life!
