The Surprising Cause of Headaches
Last week, at 9am at the gym, while doing squats beside my trainer, I told her that I had a throbbing headache on the left side by my temple. “Chug your water.” She instructed. Ten minutes later, my headache was completely gone. It wasn’t a coincidence, “…dehydration is a common cause of headaches…” (1).
