The best butt-lifting exercises

These 9 butt-lifting exercises are effective and fun:

  1. lateral band walks
  2. banded cha-cha
  3. fire hydrants
  4. quadruped, straight leg lifts
  5. feet-elevated glute bridges
  6. single-leg glute bridge
  7. side leg-lifts
  8. single-leg hip raise with a knee hold
  9. derriere (to the back) attitude leg lifts

I created a butt lifting 15-minute, follow-along workout for you. You can practice these exact exercises up to three times a week.

Make sure to give yourself a day off between leg and glute exercises to rest and recover.
